As we bid farewell to a dear colleague and friend, it’s hard to put into words the impact that Denise has had on our team and clients over the past 20 years. After two decades of unwavering dedication, Denise is retiring, and we couldn’t let her go without recognizing the tremendous contributions she’s made.
Denise has been the backbone of our PEO workers’ compensation management, handling a book of business that would challenge most people working two jobs. With over 400 clients and more than $6 million in premium under her care, she has been an unparalleled force within our team. And she did it all remotely, managing her workload independently, with precision, and without the need for supervision.
Her commitment to her clients is something we all admire. Always thorough and on top of customer service, Denise was the person clients turned to, no matter the time of day—even though she worked in a different time zone. Her clients adored her, and her availability and responsiveness set her apart from others in the industry.
As we send Denise off into a well-deserved retirement, we reflect on the legacy she leaves behind: a true example of dedication, efficiency, and outstanding service. Denise, you will be deeply missed, but your impact will remain with us long after you’ve left.
